One of the downtown Metro Rail stations in Los Angeles has figurines strung from the ceiling, as if they were sky-diving. Neat effect … once you’ve noticed them, that is!

One of the many pieces of art to adorn the public spaces at Calgary International Airport.
Art is everywhere … and it’s not all western/cowboy themed.
There a life-size rock climber overlooking the main public lounge, a huge horse sculpture near the customs exit, aircraft hanging over one of the departure terminal, metallic etchings and carvings amid the floor tiles.
Every time I fly or pick someone up, I try to find something new, a little visual adventure to pass the time.
