Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Rolled up to Edmonton this past weekend for a quick visit with a friend. While out on a photowalk, I found this crew working on a “Canada 150” sign outside city hall. It looks as if they have all the pieces to unscramble Edmonton’s biggest anagram.

By the gallon

This gas pump is just one of the random relics of the past stored behind the Crowsnest Museum in Coleman, Crowsnest Pass, Alberta.

Cowboy Trail, Alberta, Canada

Roadwork this past weekend caused me to be stationary as I was driving around Alberta’s countryside. If you’re going to get stuck in traffic jam, it might as well somewhere with rewarding scenery like this.

Brussels, Belgium

A suggestion spotted on the streets of Belgium, as I passed through there on my way from Amsterdam to Paris in September 2012.
