We’re back to the exterior of Rodney’s in Calgary’s Beltline neighbourhood for another recent snapshot of their colourful secondary entrances. Last time, it was a side door along 4th Street S.W. This time, it’s a door leading the back alley.

Van Gogh Observes, a sculpture by the late Canadian artist Joe Fafard, is installed outside an art gallery along 4th Street S.W. in Calgary.

From afar, the shadows in the work struck me as being a little odd, so I walked up to it for a closer look. Imagine my surprise when I figured out what was going on!
