A few of my friends are visiting Paris at the moment … and I’m itching to get back one day for a proper visit. This is a view of the Place du Trocadéro, foreground, with the skyscrapers of La Défense off in the distance as they appeared in late 2012. If I recall correctly, this view is from the Eiffel Tower.
